Freedom Alert Device Application

The Village of Hodgkins offers a Freedom Alert device for our residents.  Please complete the APPLICATION and a police officer will schedule a time to install the device.  Please not you must have a land line in order for the device to be connected.  Comcast phone service is not considered a landline as it only works over WIFI.

Once you have completed the application you can drop it off at the Village Hall or email the completed form to [email protected]
